Devmastr is a business name of RW Media Pty Ltd (ABN 82 623 586 372), registered in Victoria, Australia ("Devmastr", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you use devmastr.com or the client portal.
Using the site and the Portal
- Browse and send enquiries freely. Don't try to break, overload or probe the site, or get into anyone else's account.
- Keep your Portal login to yourself and tell us at [email protected] if you think it has been used by someone else. You're responsible for what's done from your account.
- Site content and design are ours. You're welcome to link to the site; please don't copy it.
Services
- The intro call is free and doesn't commit you to anything. You can change or cancel it from your confirmation email.
- Paid work is covered by its own terms: the Discovery Terms for Discovery, our Master Services Agreement and Care Plan Schedule for builds and support, and our Ad-hoc Support Terms. Prices on the site exclude GST.
- We only take on work from businesses and sole traders aged 18 or over, and may decline any enquiry.

Links to other sites are for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
Liability
We take care with the site, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
