how we work
We don’t do “can you just quickly…”
Not because we’re difficult. Because “quickly” is how projects blow out, budgets drift and good software turns bad. Here’s what we do instead.
01 the stages
From first call to care plan.
Every stage has a clear output, a clear price and a clear sign-off. You always know where you are.

Intro call
We talk through what you need and whether we’re the right fit. If we’re not, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

Discovery
We map how your business works, define exactly what to build, wireframe the key screens and plan the tech, security and hosting. You get a Discovery Report and a fixed quote split into milestones. You own the report outright, so build with us or take it anywhere.

- You pay: Website $950 · System $2,500 · Platform from $6,000 (all ex GST), upfront
- You save: go ahead within 30 days and 50% of the fee comes off your build

Quote
One fixed price for exactly what’s in the Discovery Report, split into milestones. No hourly meters, no “estimates”, no surprise invoices.

Build, in milestones
We ship in milestones you can log in and use. Each one is demoed, tested and signed off before the next begins, and your portal shows a live progress log the whole way.

- You pay: each milestone as it’s delivered

Launch
Security review, load testing, data migration, training and go-live, planned to the hour. We’re on hand for launch week.

02 milestone payments
Pay for progress. Never for promises.
You only ever pay for what’s been delivered or is about to start. Here’s how a typical build is split.

Invoices in your portal
Every invoice, with bank transfer and PayID details, lives in your client portal.
7-day terms
Work on the next milestone starts when the current invoice is paid. Simple, fair, predictable.
No hidden extras
Hosting, licences and third-party costs are listed in your quote, so nothing appears later.

Your Discovery Report is a contract, not a cage. Things change, and when they do, they go through one clean, visible process.
